According to national standards and industry practices, the height of desks and chairs must strictly follow the "Functional Dimensions and Technical Requirements for School Desks and Chairs" (GB/T 3976-2014). The specific specifications are as follows:

‌I. Standard height of desks and chairs for primary and secondary schools‌
‌Tabletop height classification‌

There are 11 models (0-10), corresponding to different height ranges:
• No. 0 (height ≤ 113cm): tabletop height 49cm, chair surface height 27cm.
• No. 5 (height 150-164cm): tabletop height 70cm, chair surface height 40cm.
• No. 10 (height ≥ 180cm): tabletop height 79cm, chair surface height 46cm34.
‌Core adaptation principle‌

Students must meet the following requirements when sitting down:
• Thighs and calves are vertical (no pressure on the knee pit).
• Upper arms hang naturally, with elbows 3-4cm below the tabletop.
• Feet flat on the ground, with backs against the back of the chair.
